Delphic Charter - The Basis of our Principles
1. The purpose and Goals of the Delphic Movement are:

To promote harmonic realisation of creative abilities and virtues of each and every individual as the base of culture;

To support and encourage all of the cultural traditions and preserve the heritage of the world;

To promote mutual understanding between different cultural entities;

To promote education and enlightenment in the spirit of creativity, imagination, exploration and the appreciation of beauty;

To reintroduce the Delphic Games as the world forum and celebration of culture.

2. The delphic Movement excludes:
-
Any form of racial, religious, social, personal or nationalistic discrimination;

Promoting any form of oppression or vilification
​​3. Permanent activity of the Delphic Movement take place in the frame of Delphiades, between successive Delphic Games.
4. The Delphic Games take place once in four years. The Games represent the results of the Delphic Movement activity of preceding Delphiade. They unite performing groups and individual finalists in presentation of achievements of all cultural regions and entities
5. The World delphic Congress is the supreme authority of the Delphic Movement, It is called regularly and not less than every 4 years.

6. The international delphic Council (IDC) is the executive body of the Delphic Movement. The president, Vice-presidents and other members of the executive board of the IDC are elected by and during the World Delphic Congress. The firt Delphic Congress is the first World Delphic Congress.
7. The Delphic Movement of each cultural region or country will propose its representative organisation or body for recognition to the IDC. It will adhere to the principles of the Delphic Charter and the rules and decisions of the delphic Movement.
8. The IDC makes a report to the World Delphic Congress concerning all pertinent activities including financial reports, since the last Delphic congress.
9. This charter is adopted by the first World delphic Congress and only be changed by the World Delphic Congress
