Amphictyony
Inspired by the ancient Amphictyony League of twelve tribes or a league-of-neighbors (7th century CE), the Amphictyony (International Executive Board) is the movement’s chief decision-making body. This modern-league-of-nations comprises twelve members, elected or nominated every four years by the General Assembly. The term “Amphictyony” comes from Amphictyonis - the Greek goddess of diplomacy and friendship among nations.

Delphic Games Organisation (DGO)
The Games are central to the Delphic Idea, serving as common platforms for artistic competition, presentation, and exchange. Held in various formats over a four-year cycle, they attract global participation on a large scale. The IDC upholds the sanctity of the bidding process, framework, alliances, juries, archives, legalities, and host nation benefits, aiming to build cultural assets such as museums and merchandise around the Games. The Delphic Games Office (DGO) is led by an amphictyony and advised by the Delphic Games Commission.
